Why did you become an engineer?

I wanted to apply my love of math to a career where I could take something from paper to a completed structure.

Favorite project:

The Rose Garden Library and Fire Station 17 have a special place in my heart because both of these are in neighborhoods where I have lived.

Favorite project types:

I enjoy the challenge of retrofitting and improving existing buildings, and new buildings as well.

Special Interests:

Anything with my kids (school, sports, activities). Hiking, camping, and exercising.
